Yoga for All Class Schedule

I recently made the decision to provide yoga classes in one location only - one of my favorite places - my yoga room. I believe that a harmonious and peaceful environment serves to make classes more significant for those taking them.

I am available for adult, tween, and kid sessions, both private and small group, and for kid or tween parties and scouts.
